How many times have you been retained as an expert?
In my private practice, I have been retained as the expert on over 150 cases involving elder abuse issues. For the Department of State Hospitals, I have provided hundreds of expert opinions on competency to stand trial and readiness for release vs. extension for patients who are not guilty by reason of insanity and offenders with a mental health disorder.
